The scandal that has erupted at the top of the prosecution system is not simply a moral disgrace, but proof that justice has allowed into its fold people who cannot bear the weight of the office...
A man of justice must be more than a technician of the law. He must be an ethical, reserved and uncompromising figure. The latest scandal in the KLP does not only hit an individual, but also the trust in the system itself. The silence of the institutions, the lack of reaction of the KLP and the failure to raise a state alarm make the issue even more serious. When justice accepts such figures at its top, the problem is no longer just the morality of a person, but the decay of the structure itself.
A man of justice, judge or prosecutor, must represent not only the formation of a legal professional, but also the figure of a servant of citizens.
To do this, a prosecutor or judge must be an ethically refined figure. He must be a reserved person, deprived of the unbridled freedom that other professions may tolerate.
This has been the case since ancient times with people who take it upon themselves to judge or investigate others. Otherwise, a character who has the most sensitive state documents in his hands can easily become blackmailable.
A perverse prosecutor, like the KLP member who today is known throughout Albania for what a thug he is, no longer has anything that distinguishes him from a street character, from a lawbreaker, from a person who has no qualms about taking away the freedom, dignity, wealth, property, or even the life of another citizen.
Today Albania should have woken up under a great storm after that disaster. It would not be surprising if the High Prosecutorial Council convened immediately and held at least a cathartic meeting for this scandal. No member of that institution has the moral right to appear before the citizens, when it accepts such methods into its bosom.
Today, the Ombudsman should have defended the victim so shamefully used by the KLP member. Today, the President of the Republic, as a symbol of the unity of the people, should have spoken like a father and demanded that the state stand up.
Meanwhile, Parliament should seriously consider the fate of this institution, putting all justice into the sieve, because it is possible that other characters who do not belong to the "race" of the righteous have also entered.
A man of justice must be one who possesses at least the basic virtues of a just man. Of course, in a relative way, because man is not a saint. But it is not possible for persons sick with vice and without any scruples or human touch to vegetate in the institutions of justice.
The scandal with the member of the High Prosecutorial Council is not at all a mere moral issue. It is a serious violation that amounts to a crime. A crime that requires punishment not only for the person who committed it, but also for the person or persons who allowed it to happen, or who are trying to cover up this scandal of frightening proportions.
The continuation of this situation causes every judge or prosecutor to be seen as part of a group that, as a member of the KLP, gives itself the right to behave in such a scandalous manner with a citizen.

Nuk ka pyll pa derra.. Nuk ka nevojë të bëhet kaq bujë sa për ti justifikuar Ramës dhe Berishës të ndryshojnë reformën në drejtësi. Mjaftojnë masat disiplinore kundër personit në fjalë dhe atyre që e kanë promovuar atë. Veprimet pa propagandë janë të mjaftueshme.
Institucionet e "drejtesise" gelojne nga korrupsioni dhe prostitucioni. Mjere Shqiptaret.
E theksoj që të gjithë ish anetaret e drejtsisë së vjetër që kanë kaluar vetingut janë ish të korruptuar e të paaftë pasi vetingu u bë nga ish magjistra të korruptuar e jo profesionalë… Klp e klgj janë organe të teperta që zevensuan këshillin e lartë te drejtsisë pa asnjë argument juridik e organizativ … kto organe forcojnë korporatizmin e prokurorve dhe gjygjtarëve ndaj duhet të shkrihen sa më parë ashtu si dhe shoqatat e gjygjtarve dhe prokurorve si simbole të ktij korporatizmi a shoqërie të sëmurë kulti a profesionalizmi… pa dyshim rama dhe parlamenti janë përgjegjsit e kësaj situate me papjekurinë e tyre juridike e politike
1-Qe te ndodhi nje gje e tille duhen 2 veta. Kjo femra duhet te jete 99 vete dhe ben sikur ju qep ai. Nje grua e zgjuar edhe kur i ofrohet, ngjitet apo si te doni vendosjani emrin kur nuk do te kruhet largohet me stil dhe pa i hyre gjemb ne kembe. Po duket nga pergjigjet qe kjo ka dash vete. Nje mashkull sado hamshor te jete po nuk mori OK perballe nuk vazhdon se meshkujt hamshor jane frikacake. 2-N.q.se ngjarja ka ndodhur juste zyres dhe nga telefoni personal kot qe diskutoni se eshte e drejte e secilit te gezoje shprehi qejfin e tille sipas menyre se vet.
