An official document published by the Prime Minister's Office website shows that Colonel Nikollaj, who has been at the head of the trade union confederation for years, is listed as employed in the government apparatus. According to the data, he has submitted a self-declaration form as an official of the Prime Minister's Office, which raises strong questions about his real role as a representative of workers. The case fuels suspicions of a bargaining relationship with the government, where the union is used as a facade, while its leader benefits from positions, payments and favors from the government that publicly claims to oppose him.
In the years 1992-2005, Col. Nikollaj was the chairman of the mining union, while for 21 years he has usurped the confederation, holding the position of chairman through self-election/re-election with formal congresses, which he holds with a group of trusted and paid members and registers in court.
Several times, "Pamfleti" has published official documents proving that the leader of the pseudo-union confederation, Colonel Nikollaj, acts during the day as if he is denouncing the government and defending the interests of employees, while at night he bargains with Edi Rama and ministers and obtains licenses for hydroelectric power plants, tenders, construction permits and payroll payments.
The document we are publishing today reveals that Col. Nikollaj has been employed in the Prime Minister's Office since 2015.
This appointment of Kola to the Prime Minister's post was made after the local elections of June 2015, as a reward from Edi Rama, after Kola appeared on the PS campaign podiums and called on workers to vote for socialist candidates.
The remaining unionists, who continue to believe the deceit of the foolish mayor, should know that on May 3, 2016, Col. Nikollaj completed and submitted the decriminalization form as an official of the Prime Minister's Office, and even declared his name "Kolë" with an "ë" at the end and not without an "ë".
The data as an employee of the Prime Minister are: Kolë Nikollaj, father's name Bibë, mother's name Dile, date of birth May 25, 1961, ID number: G10522107K and birthplace Mirditë, which match his data in the Civil Status register.
Moreover, at the end of his name and his father's name, Kola has added the letter "ë", which is not on his personal ID card and passport. Such changes are usually made by people who have problems with justice outside Albania, but Kola himself knows the specific reasons.
Employment at the Prime Minister's Office with personal registration number 00141-4 is confirmed by the official link: https://www.kryeministria.al/newsroom/lista-e-plote-e-zyrtareve-qe-kane-bere-dorezimin-e-vetedeklarimit-2/kol-nikollaj-km00141-4/, which lists the names of the Prime Minister's Office officials who have submitted self-declaration forms in implementation of the decriminalization law.
According to this law, only officials who have full-time work positions complete and submit self-declaration forms with personal data. Therefore, the head of the trade unions, Kol Nikollaj, appears as such in the Prime Minister's organic list, but it is not known what position he is paid for./ Pamphlet
