But the fact that for 20 years, the granddaughter of the former prime minister has been taken as an "expert" precisely by traffickers, smugglers, money launderers, counterfeiters, tax evaders, and oligarchs who hide their income is not a coincidence. It is a system.
Known in economic crime circles as the "Black Lady" of the dirty dealings of the "Berisha" mafia family and as the "grandmother" of "laundry" balance sheets, Shpresa Breçani has certified the false balance sheets of dozens of companies with criminal activity.
Here are just some of her professional "spots": In the Gërdec factory, built by order of her uncle, where the boss was her uncle's son, Shkëlzen Berisha, and the organizer of the ammunition transport was her husband Feriz Breçani (then Head of the Army Intelligence Service), Shpresa would receive bags of money from the activity.
At the "Belle Air" company, she approved falsified balance sheets with a fabricated loss of 120 million euros, she disappeared papers for 51 million euros in debts to contractors and 32 million euros in debts to the Albanian state, while Uncle Sali was prime minister.
She became a bankruptcy accounting expert to close the financial "black hole" of Rezart Taçi's "ALSAT" television, with 11 million Euros in fraud against contractors.
He has certified the false balance sheets of the National Road, of Rrok Gjoka's companies, including the Llogara Tunnel affair, the Kardhiq-Delvina Road and the Arbri Road.
She was an accounting expert for the shell companies "Rudnap", "Blancers Petrolium", "Rompetrol" and "Petrol Slovenia Tirana" of her Serbian friend Damir Fazlic and cousin Argita Berisha.
He served for the betting, casino and call-center companies of the mafioso Albino Prudentino of the "Sacra Corona Unita" group and the mafioso Artur Shehu in Vlora.
And of course, it has certified the false balance sheets of the companies of the mafia group "Albano Aliko-Gulf" - "3-A", "B-3A&CO", "B-3A Construction", "Ener AL", "Euro Park", "Taiwan", "Vil-Oil" and many others with smuggling activities, money laundering, fraud and theft of citizens through false fuel receipts.
For these services to the economic mafia, Shpresa Breçani has benefited from millions of Euros and assets, registered in the name of her husband, son and other relatives.
These "stains" cannot be cleaned by Uncle Sali's television, the Prime Minister of January 21 and many corrupt affairs, nor by cousin Shkëlzeni, the boss of the Gërdec factory, of arms and ammunition trafficking and money laundering, in which Feriz Breçani, her husband, is also involved.
The "Pamphlet" will continue with concrete evidence of assets and their concealment, as evidence for an investigation by SPAK. Because the "grandmother" of false balance sheets must answer to justice.
And finally, to the knowledge of Shpresa, there is not even a single court decision condemning Pamfleti, neither for defamation nor for corruption.
