The Facebook page Traktet has published a video showing the former head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, in a private setting, without a bodyguard or escort, sitting at a table with people known in the area for criminal records. In the video, he is seen drinking beer and singing Labçe songs, among a company that, according to Traktet's description, does not consist of ordinary citizens.
The tracts state that Andon Pago, convicted of fraud, was among the people present. The video presents an informal situation, far from any standard expected from a figure who until recently headed the Special Prosecution Office.
According to the same source, this public appearance comes at a time when Dumani was expected to exercise his function with concrete actions, including measures against the convicted judge Irena Gjoka. Instead of an institutional stance in relation to the duty, the images show another choice, celebration, songs and company.
Tractet also recalls a previous statement by Duman, where he expressed that his dream was to live as a simple man. The video, according to the site, shows that this wish has been realized, but not in the form that citizens expected. A simple man, but sitting among people with criminal records, not among people who expect justice and equality before the law.
