Lawyer Petraj has explained the legal details of how a prisoner can secure special meetings.
" There are characters who enter prisons and such situations are created. There must be a document that the cohabitant, or the spouse, is this provided for by the law, then for the others, the Ministry of Justice must see to it that facilities are created for partners who want to meet their spouses."
