Midfielder confirms departure from Milan

Tijjani Reijnders has confirmed his departure from Milan. The Dutch midfielder will continue his career at Manchester City.

The agreement between the two clubs has been reached and only the official announcement is awaited.

But Reijnders confirmed the move to City, saying they could not wait any longer, as the Club World Cup approaches.

"We couldn't wait any longer. The goal is to be part of Manchester City in the Club World Cup. I'm excited about this new adventure," said Reijnders.

Milan will collect around 70 million euros from the sale of the Dutchman. With 15 goals scored last season, Reijnders was undoubtedly the best player for the Rossoneri.
