The Italian media inform that Lazio will try to remove players who are not part of the plans, especially regarding those over 21 years old and the 25-year-old who can register in the championship. At the moment, this list is full and there is no room for new approaches to register them, and Hysaj's departure is seen as a solution.
The problem is that no club undertakes to pay the salary of 2.8 million euros that Hysaj will receive in the year left on his contract at Lazio. In these circumstances, the club must compensate him and allow him to leave as a free footballer, or he can do the other action, removing Hysaj from the list of footballers registered for the championship.
Thus, Hysaj would remain a "paid spectator" at Lazio, as he would continue to be paid throughout the season by the blue and white, but he would not be able to be active with them. A situation that would undoubtedly destroy the continuation of the career of the 30-year-old defender who must hurry to find a new system.
