Ardian Ismajli could remain in Serie A again, despite Empoli's relegation to Serie B. The national team defender is in the spotlight this summer, with several clubs showing interest in his services, most recently Torino.
According to Italian daily Tuttosport, Torino sporting director Davide Vagnati is working to strengthen the defensive department and Ismajli is one of the names being closely evaluated. His skills, experience in Serie A and status as a free agent after Empoli's relegation make him an attractive option for the "granata" club.
In addition to Torino, Bologna and Verona have also shown interest in the 27-year-old, while several clubs from the Turkish championship have also entered the race, having contacted the player's representatives.
