Nutritionist Blerina Bombaj was invited to Mira Kazhani's podcast, where she revealed the difficulties of starting a business. But the most interesting moment was when Blerina mentioned that the collaboration that initially began in good faith turned into a great disappointment.
"I trusted someone else. I hired a person I called an associate, who was unemployed at the time. I offered her the opportunity to run the center while I was away. Within three months, I saw that she was very invasive and, little by little, was taking over the main role, blatantly leaving me aside. When I returned after three months, I said to her: 'Look, this is my business and I can do it without you.' She said to me: 'I can do it without you too.' Then I realized that I could no longer continue with such a person and I withdrew. After six months, she competed with me as a dietitian and continues to this day," Blerina said, among other things.
