The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, appeared this Monday at SPAK at 10:08, in compliance with the compulsory appearance measure, in connection with the "Partizani" file.
In front of the SPAK premises, he was welcomed by several supporters and deputies of the Democratic Party.
After leaving the premises of the Special Prosecution Office, Berisha attacked the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, calling him a slanderous servant of Ulsi Manja and Arben Rakipi.
Berisha said that Dumani is at the head of the Electoral Crime Amnesty.
He further said that the Democratic Party has followed the legal path by filing a lawsuit, but does not trust that justice will act impartially.
"The DP has filed over 15 lawsuits during the campaign, which will share the fate of all other parties, because at the head of the amasti of electoral crime stands Dumani, a slandered servant of Ulsi Manja and Arben Rakipi, abused to an extreme degree by Rama. We have filed dozens of lawsuits during the campaign."
"The other prosecutors have a leader and you saw the Veliaj case, you were not impressed by how the person arrested with Dumani's signature, for this Olsi Dado became guilty. To protect Dumani, they blamed everything that Dumani did on Olsi Dado. Even if they had the will to do what was done, they would remain silent," Berisha said.
