The Fier Prosecutor's Office has closed the investigations and sent to trial the two perpetrators of the murder of Grei Bihuci, an event that occurred more than a year ago.
We are talking about Klajdi Muka and Florian Muka, who are accused of "premeditated murder", committed in collaboration and "Unlicensed production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons".
The prosecution has requested 25 years in prison for Florian Muka and 12 years for the minor, a total of 37 years in prison for the two perpetrators.
We recall that, on 11.03.2024, at around 11:30, in the "Kongresi i Përmetit" neighborhood of the city of Fier, during a meeting to clarify a conflict that occurred the day before and was published on social networks, the defendants Florian Muka and Klajdi Muka, who had cold weapons with them, in collaboration with each other, hit the victim Grei Bihuci, causing his immediate death.
"The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Fier has completed the investigations and is sending citizens FM and KM to trial for the criminal offenses of 'Premeditated Murder', committed in collaboration, and 'Unlicensed Production, Possession, Purchase or Sale of Cold Weapons', provided for by Articles 78/1 and 25 and 279/2 of the Criminal Code.
From the investigations conducted on criminal proceedings no. 382 of 2025, it was proven that, on 11.03.2024, at around 11:30, in the "Kongresi i Përmetit" neighborhood of the city of Fier, during a meeting to clarify a conflict that occurred the day before and was published on social networks, the defendants FM and KM, who had cold weapons with them, in collaboration with each other, hit the victim GB, causing his immediate death.
The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier requested the guilty declaration of the defendant FM for committing the criminal offense of "Premeditated Murder" committed in collaboration, and based on articles 78/1 and 25 of the Criminal Code, his sentence to 25 years of imprisonment. As well as the guilty declaration of the minor in conflict with the law KM for committing the criminal offense of "Premeditated Murder" committed in collaboration, and based on articles 78/1 and 25 and 51 of the Criminal Code and 97/2 of the Juvenile Criminal Justice Code, his sentence to 12 years and 6 months of imprisonment.
"Furthermore, the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier expresses its full commitment and the legal responsibility of all persons who commit criminal offenses against life and health," the Prosecutor's Office announced.
