The tragic event was also recorded by the security cameras of a nearby business, where the moment was seen when Fabian Muçllari arrived at the bar where he had left the meeting with the victim and was holding the gun under a sports suit he was wearing. On the other hand, Fabio Hila was sitting at a table on the veranda of the bar with some of his friends.

'I killed Fabio because he acted like a superior, he touched me in the ass'

After the arrest, Fabian Muçollari, who shot and killed his peer, shed full light on the incident and its causes.

The two boys, Fabio Hila (victim) and Fabian Muçllari (perpetrator), are known to have only known each other through Facebook.

It all started as a simple argument, but it later turned into a tragedy. When questioned by the investigation team, Fabian Muçollari stated that he had committed the crime with a gun that he kept hidden in the back of the house where he lived.

"I found the gun and kept it buried behind the house, in Vërdova," the author said. He continued his testimony, saying that, enraged after a verbal argument he had with the victim, a peer, he took the automatic from its hiding place and, with it in his hand, went alone to kill Fabio Hila.

"Fabio was harassing my close friend. We didn't know each other, but I contacted him on Facebook. I initially asked him not to harass that girl, but he responded with irony and mockery to every response. I asked him again to leave that girl alone, but he didn't. The whole time I was talking to him seriously, but he seemed superior and we both got angry. We started insulting each other and after we ended the conversation, I couldn't find peace," the 17-year-old testified.

"I found his cell phone number and called him. He spoke badly to me again and I asked him to tell me where he was so we could talk face to face and not through gossip. He showed me the bar and I went there. He was not alone, but with some friends. There he said some words that touched me deeply. My mind immediately went to the gun I had hidden behind the house. I went to the place where I had buried it, took it out and returned to the bar, there I shot him and ran away. I didn't know if I had killed him or not," the author of the incident stated in his testimony.

He was caught a few minutes after executing his peer inside a betting shop in the center of Pogradec.
