Police have arrested 32-year-old Franci Canaj after more than three months, who shot and wounded taxi driver Gerald Hoxha in the capital.

Meanwhile, the perpetrator of the incident had previous criminal records. In 2016, Canaj was arrested in Italy for drugs and prostitution.
