The appeal filed with the Constitutional Court is not simply a procedural act. It is a request for the Albanian state to confront its past and verify whether the constitutional guarantees of due process have been respected throughout all these years.
This is the file submitted in March of this year to the Constitutional Court for the Peshkëpi Massacre! It was not submitted by the institutions, but by a very small group of patriots who do not love the Nation with words! Without any support from the authorities who are in charge, this file was filed! Justice and a full investigation are demanded… so that the Belers and Belerists can answer before justice for the accusations raised! To answer fully. Whoever remains silent is an accomplice!
The Peshkëpi massacre is not only an open wound in our history, but also a serious test for the rule of law. The Albanian state must wake up, stop pathos and deal seriously with this massacre! The nation is not defended with words and speeches, but with deeds! Citizens should deal with facts and not with words that are carried away by the wind! The file is a fact!
The submission of the appeal to the Constitutional Court in March represents an institutional effort to seek the restoration of legality and to review allegations that the investigation into this event was incomplete and vitiated by procedural violations. If the appeal raises serious allegations of a lack of an effective investigation, disappearance of documents, failure to conduct investigative actions, or violations of due process, they deserve a full and impartial review by the relevant bodies.
Silence, inaction, or toleration of shortcomings in the investigation constitute a serious failure of the state towards citizens and victims and is a violation of the blood of two martyrs, Fatmir Shehu and Arsen Gjini.

This file must be brought to the end! This event will be revealed and those responsible will get what they deserve. Alfred, Fredi, Dionis Beleri must answer for the accusations included in the investigative documents! For all of them!
The blood of Fatmir Shehu and Arsen Gjini cannot remain a hostage to oblivion, failed procedures or political calculations. Justice delayed is not justice, but justice denied. Albania owes the families of the victims and its citizens a full disclosure of this event, without exceptions, without privileges and without political influence.
