In the next session at the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime, judicial associate Erion Alibej gave his testimony on the murder of Bujar Çela, Talo Çela's brother.
According to Alibej, the assassination attempt on Çela had been planned for months and included several failed attempts. Alibej further confessed that Skerdi Tase and Henrik Hoxha were initially engaged in the assassination of Çela, but that they later withdrew without clear reasons.
"We decided to execute Bujar. First, Skerdi Tase was hired to execute him, and Henrik Hoxha. They took it as a job, they both got involved. It took several days in a row to execute Bujar Çela. I didn't understand why they pulled out, and to this day I still don't understand why they didn't kill him. I had all the information about Bujar, except for the information that Nuredini had from Eljo Bitri. It didn't happen at that time, then Bujar got involved with Abedin Mame. Then, regarding the day of Bujar's execution, the guys from Fushë-Krujë, Besi and Veri (Besin Xhixha and Enver Diva), got involved a day before. The guys from Fushë-Krujë, on the day of the execution, came in a milky-colored Renault, they came from Fushë Kruja with that. They waited once at Bujar's house, a neighbor saw them and they pulled out. They left the area there and then approached the bar "Where was Bujari? Xhuljan Hoxha, from the cage, accused the witness of manipulating the process and challenged Alibej to reveal the involvement of Megi Kila, to whom he alluded that they had a love affair.
"Tell me a little bit about how you asked Megi Kila about Emiljano Ramazan? Why don't you mention Megi Kila, the love of the century? Because I was at home for the murder of Bujar Çela. I have nothing to do with this event. Our process is completely unfair, it is being manipulated. The trial is being conducted as Nuredin Dumani and Erjon Alibej want. I will ask you very much, judges, how did he talk to Megi Kila? You have nothing more to do with me than life imprisonment. Let him finish his statements, because I have something to talk about," Hoxha declared loudly in the hall.
At the end of the hearing, Alibey also stated that he had handed over a considerable amount of money to Arsen Preçi as payment for the ordered murders.
"I gave Arsen Preçi 60-70 thousand euros, the same amount that Nuredin gave me. I don't remember the amount well. I gave it to him at a gas station near Vora," he concluded.
