The Iranian military announced that it has launched drone attacks on several US military targets in the Persian Gulf region.
According to its statement, the attacks targeted a Patriot missile system in Kuwait, an early warning satellite antenna site in Qatar, as well as fuel tanks used by the US military in Bahrain.
Iranian military authorities said that "a large number of different types of drones" were used in the operation.
The Iranian military also stressed that "the Iranian Armed Forces will not allow the goals and aspirations of the foolish President of the United States to be realized under any circumstances and will defend the lofty ideals of the Islamic Revolution until final victory."
Meanwhile, the Iranian Ministry of Health announced that over the past two days, US forces have carried out attacks in five provinces of Iran. According to it, 14 people have been killed and 78 others have been injured as a result of these attacks.
