Another footballer with the surname Rrahmani will be part of the Italian championship. It is Albion Rrahmani, who has been transferred from Sparta Prague to Venezia, a team that returns to the Italian football elite this season.
The Venetian club has made official the approach of the Kosovo international centre-forward, considering him one of the most important reinforcements of the summer transfer window. Rrahmani, who turns 26 in August, has signed a contract that will keep him in Venice until 2029.
His transfer represents one of the biggest investments in the club's history. According to the agreement, Venice paid around 9.5 million euros for the Kosovar striker.
Rrahmani leaves Sparta Prague after two successful seasons. With the Czech club he played 83 games in all competitions, scoring 26 goals and providing 6 assists. The striker also distinguished himself with his performances in European competitions.
Albion Rrahmani has been a member of the Kosovo national team since 2023. So far, he has played 25 matches for the Dardanian team, scoring 7 goals.
