Today's hearing at the GJKKO for the "Golden Bullet" case was accompanied by tensions between one of the defendants, Xhuljan Hoxha, and the associate of justice Erion Alibej. Part of the debate was also one of the other defendants, who spoke from the cage in the hall about the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani.
Petrit Qoli compared Dumani to Italian anti-mafia prosecutor Giovanni Falcone, even making a gesture of kissing hands, while the meaning of his statement and actions remains unclear.
"Xhovani Falkone Albanian Altin Dumani, the head of SPAK, had a slip of the tongue that the Court decides what the Prosecution wants, I trust you, because you are... (gestures, kisses hand) ," he said.
