The dynamics of murder
According to the Prosecution, shortly before the crime, Ervis Kukaj had a physical conflict with Gramoz Kurtaj's sons, and fired a pistol at them and the victim.
After telephone communication, the two brothers Ervis Kukaj and Emauris Kukaj met and the latter told the story.
Ervis Kukaj had left the firearm, a Model 56 combat automatic, with which Altin Kukaj shot the victims in the hut next to the poultry house with the intention of taking it later with Emauris Kukaj.
The latter, after taking the firearm, an automatic combat weapon, went to the place where the victims were, stopped immediately in front of their bar, took the weapon and loaded its magazine, urging his father to fire a volley at them.
Altin Kukaj shot the victims Gramoz and Lavdimir Kurtaj with an automatic rifle, which he took from the hand of his son Emauris Kukaj.
