Voltan Xhani, one of the people arrested by the police in Durrës, as involved in the murder of Elis Roshkodoli, will face an investigation by SPAK, after for some time the file of Roshkodoli's execution on August 30, 2024, has been passed on to the Special Prosecution for further verification.
The decision to transfer the investigative file was taken by the Shkodra Prosecution Office, which argued that the 4 persons prosecuted, two arrested and two wanted, provided the means and conditions in the form of a structured criminal group with the aim of murdering Elis Roshkadol.
Currently, the two arrested people are Xhulio Malo and most recently Voltan Xhani. While the other two people who are still wanted are with the initials J.Xh and DM.
Voltan Xhani had been wanted by the Shkodra prosecutor's office since September 2024, but he was arrested by RENEA while dining on crudo and shrimp with two dangerous individuals, Flobenc Gega and Xhevdet Plaku.
The four people are accused of "Providing conditions and means for the purpose of committing murder", "Acts that hinder the discovery of the truth" and "Trafficking in motor vehicles", committed in collaboration, "Premeditated murder", "Unlicensed possession and production of weapons" - these acts committed in the form of a structured criminal group.
The investigation into these charges and the 4 individuals will now continue to be pursued by a special prosecutor at SPAK./ OraNews
