The testimony of the repentant justice Erion Alibej regarding the "Golden Bullet" file continues today. During the testimony, Alibej spoke about his efforts to uncover the murderers of his brother, Endrit.
"I decided not to stay in Rotterdam anymore. I returned to Albania. I entered clandestinely from Qafë-Bota, as I was wanted. I called Genc Tafili. I invited him to my apartment. He came with Dorian Duli. When they arrived, they handed over their bags, as they were armed. Tafili told me that Talo and two Mirditori had come to meet Dorian Duli. We left home. I pestered Genc Tafili to come to the meeting again, but he didn't come. That day I wrote to Suel Çela, because when Kamer Mehja was mentioned, he was close to him.
I asked Sueli to meet with Kamer Mehje. Sueli told me: "Kamer is not coming, because the villagers are nearby" - he was referring to the Çapja. But he said: "Why don't we come and have the meeting at the market?" Now, if I said "no", it would have seemed to him like I was showing fear, but on the other hand, I went to his house in Rotterdam once. I went to the market with Andi Zylyf, my cousin. It was dark when I went. In a bar in the market I found Kamer Mehje and Mario Çela. I said to Kamer: "Was it necessary to set off fireworks the day my family members were killed?"
"He told me that he didn't know my brother, Indriti, at all. We clarified, we explained, although it didn't warm me much, since the information was brought to me by the intriguers Genc Tafili and Dorian Duli ," said Alibej.
Alibey then reveals how he identified Mikael Qose, Talo Çela and Altin Ndoci.
"A boy who was in the Peqin prison, Ervis Nano (I knew him as Ermali), goes to Fushë-Krujë. There he meets Flobenc Meçe (I knew him as Çol Shkodrani). Çoli tells him: "I was with Altin Ndoci in prison". He asked me to meet with Dorian Duli's brother. I don't know what they discussed, but after the meeting they were happy. There he learns that Talo Çela, Mikael Kamami and Altin Ndoci were at the meeting. At the meeting they asked: "How much money do you want? Set the figure yourself, how much you want to kill Erion". Several times Duli invited me to leave the house, to calm down. There I realized that they were inviting me to ambush me.
My most trusted informant was Ardian Çollaku, now deceased. He was close to my opponents. He was there when the conversations took place, when the money was distributed. At one point, Ardian Çollaku asks Mikael Qose: "Why did you start this war?" He told him: "Indriti was very terrible."
"Okay, he says, but you'll connect me with Hajdar Çopja. I equipped Çollaku with EnchroChat and kept him with money after he got out of prison," he said.
Erion Alibej is one of the main collaborators of justice in Albania, involved in the dossier known as the “Golden Bullet”, which has revealed extensive networks of organized crime in the country. He has given extensive testimony to the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SCOC), helping to unravel several murders and criminal activities that occurred in Elbasan and beyond.
According to the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK), Alibej is accused of involvement in several mafia murders, including the elimination of Dorian Shkoza, Anxhelo Avdija, the brothers Besmir and Viktor Haxhia, as well as Emiliano Ramazan and Rigers Runaj. He has admitted to ordering the murder of Talo Çela for 100 thousand euros and offering 200 thousand euros to bring him back alive.
In his testimony, Alibej stated that he had access to the TIMS system through a police officer, to whom he had given an encrypted phone with the SKY ECC platform. This indicates a high level of infiltration into state structures and the use of advanced technology to coordinate criminal activities.
Alibej confessed for the first time in court on May 29, 2025, revealing important details about the conflicts with criminal groups in Elbasan and the murder of lawyer Ravik Gurra in March 2019. He helped identify the people involved in these events and shared information about how these groups operated.
