In the last session, Alibej stated that Ardian Çollaku was his most trusted source and through him he had first learned who Dashnor Dumani was. " He told me that his brother had robbed a money changer in the Kala neighborhood," Alibej said.
He further added that he had access to the TIMS system and used it to control the entry and exit of persons he considered dangerous to his life.
"I had the entrances and exits, the photos and the movements of everyone from Çopjat to Qosja, to Dumani," he said, adding that he had begun to lose faith in the justice institutions in Elbasan.
He also mentioned a suspicious meeting between Abedin Mama and Tonin Vocaj in Elbasan, which coincided with the changes in Police leaders, implying illegal influence in the leadership chain.
"I was looking for the executioners of my family members. I acted as the investigator, prosecutor, judge and made every information available to justice," said Alibej, underlining that after surrendering, the first person he had informed was the head of the prosecution, Leonard Palushi.
In detention, prosecutor Ridvan Suka, who was investigating the murders of his family members and the case of Xhoni Rusta, met with him. " I told him everything I knew, I didn't want war, because behind me were many families who only looked at me," he concluded.
