Qafë-Thana blocked, thousands of citizens waiting to cross the border

Long lines of vehicles formed this Sunday at the Qafë-Thana border crossing, as a result of the high flow of travelers moving towards North Macedonia.

The footage shows kilometer-long lines of vehicles waiting to cross the border, while drivers are forced to wait for a long time.

So far, the authorities have not provided an official explanation for the delays and long queues at the Qafë-Thana border crossing.

Meanwhile, yesterday, kilometer-long queues were also created at the Qafë Bota border crossing, where many citizens have flocked to Greece to spend the weekend. A high flow was also recorded in Morina, where tourists from Kosovo have entered Albania for vacation.
