This is Julian Zogaj's apartment in Vlora where Fisnik Xhaka, 39, from Kosovo, has been held hostage for 2 weeks, since November 28th.
There was a camera on the door of the apartment to see from the inside who was outside. The environment is also equipped with security cameras. The apartment was located about 300 meters from the Vlora police station.
It has already been reported that Xhaka had acted as a guarantor to the 3 hostage takers so that some people in Europe would receive a quantity of drugs worth 70 thousand euros without paying for it and that they would pay the money later.
The payment was not made and the 3 arrested people took Fisnik Xhaka hostage, demanding the 70 thousand euros for which he had acted as guarantor. Xhaka has refused to cooperate with the police.
Vlora police arrested Julian Zogaj, 25 years old, Orest Çorapaj, 18 years old, and Vilson Agaj, 35 years old, all three residents of Vlora, for the incident.
According to the investigation, the three suspects had kidnapped citizen Fisnik Xhaka, from Mitrovica, on November 28, 2025, locking him in an apartment on "Janaq Kilica" street in the "Osman Haxhiu" neighborhood.
The victim was physically abused and a ransom of 70,000 euros was demanded in exchange for her release.
After the family members reported the incident, the Serious Crimes and Operational Support structures at the Vlora Police Department quickly intervened, releasing the hostage and arresting the perpetrators in flagrante delicto.
The kidnapped person was immediately sent for medical treatment and is out of danger.
During the search of the apartment where the hostage was being held, the police found and seized a quantity of suspected narcotics, Cannabis Sativa, as well as a communication radio similar to those used by the Police.
