It is learned that the two arrested are: Elvin Merlika and Fred Xhixha , who were wanted by the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK).
During this action carried out in two villages that are considered dangerous in our country, it is learned that the Operational Unit also seized firearms.
Elvin Merlika is accused of participating in the plan to eliminate Indrit Dokles on the orders of Ervis Martinaj, while Fred Xhixha made it possible for Nuredin Dumani to meet with Ervis Martinaj.
Merlika is accused of the criminal offenses of: "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", to the detriment of citizen Indrit Dokle, committed in the special collaboration of the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group", "Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization", as well as persons associated with it.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in January of this year, SPAK requested the confiscation of the assets of Merlika and eight people associated with her.
According to SPAK, his seized assets are unjustified from legal sources and are therefore presumed to be the result of criminal activity by the investigated persons and persons associated with them. Therefore, SPAK requested the confiscation of 20 properties, from hotels, apartments to luxury cars.
