Dashnor Dumani is accused of murder under aggravating circumstances, while Stafa is accused of money laundering, as part of the Çopja brothers' organization.
With shorts, flip-flops and tied hands. This is how Artemis Stafa and Dashnor Dumani landed at the 'Mother Teresa' airport in Tirana. Both were extradited from the United Arab Emirates, while on the runway of Rinas airport, they were met by dozens of police forces holding automatic weapons. The two extradited persons were declared wanted by SPAK in the framework of operations against criminal organizations, while the GJKKO has set the security measures 'arrest with imprisonment' for them.
The State Police has released footage of Stafa and Dumani landing in Rinas, while police officers accompany each of them.
The two citizens were arrested by Dubai police, as a result of the rapid provision and exchange of information by specialized structures of the State Police.

Dashnor Dumani has been convicted by court decision for illegal possession of weapons, but SPAK also accuses him of serious criminal offenses, murder and armed robbery.
Dashnor Dumani is suspected of being in the group of killers in the December 29, 2018 massacre near the Bradashesh roundabout in Elbasan, where Endrit Alibej, the brother of another fugitive from justice, Erion Alibej, his uncle Arben Dylgjeri, and Turk Erdal Durunay were eliminated.
In his testimony in the "Golden Bullet" trial, Erion Alibey stated a few days ago that from the investigations he conducted privately into the massacre, he discovered that among the assassins was Nuredin Dumani's brother.
When Nuredin Dumani told him the names of Endrit Alibej's killers, he did not mention his brother Dashnor Dumani. The 40-year-old is also suspected of being part of the group responsible for the April 9, 2019 robbery inside the Rinas airport runway, an event in which Admir Murataj was killed, and in the following months led to a rift in the group due to the division of money, producing a wave of other murders.
The other extradited, Armes Stafa, is part of the group of the Çopja brothers from Elbasan, Franc and Hajdar Çopja. Through the sale and purchase of cars, it is suspected that his role in the group was to launder money that flowed from criminal activity, mainly drug trafficking. The Special Court ordered the measure of "prison arrest" for him in absentia last year.

Very close cooperation continues with partners in the United Arab Emirates to locate, capture and extradite internationally wanted citizens who intend to evade Albanian justice.
Two highly wanted citizens, members of a criminal organization accused by the Criminal Court of Albania of committing serious crimes, are being extradited from Dubai to Albania.
As a result of this solid cooperation carried out through Interpol Tirana and Interpol Abu Dhabi, within the framework of the international operation, codenamed "The Wanted", the procedures for the extradition to Albania of the Albanian citizens declared internationally wanted were finalized:
-DD, 40 years old, after the Criminal Court, in 2024, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Murder in other qualifying circumstances", "Armed robbery" and "Unlicensed possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", committed within the framework of a criminal organization. This citizen is accused of:
٠in 2018, in the village of Bradashesh, he played the role of executioner in the murder of citizens EA, AD and ED;
٠In 2019, together with citizen AN, he burned one of the vehicles used during the armed robbery of a large amount of money in Rinas.
Also, the 40-year-old was sentenced by the Durrës Court in 2016 to 4 years and 4 months in prison for the criminal offense of "Unlicensed possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition". Of this sentence, he has 1 year and 4 months left to serve;
-AS, 36 years old, after the Criminal Court, in 2024, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", committed within the framework of a criminal organization. This citizen is accused of having laundered, through the sale and purchase of vehicles, the money of citizens FG alias F. Ç. and HB alias H. Ç., brothers, suspected of having benefited from criminal activity.
The 2 citizens were arrested by Dubai police, as a result of the rapid provision and exchange of information by specialized structures of the State Police.
