A 28-year-old man suspected of having obtained significant sums of money through fraud has been arrested by the Korça police.
Citizen JM is suspected of defrauding many people, acquaintances and friends, from whom he demanded significant amounts of money under the pretext that he was ill and needed treatment.
The investigations and subsequent arrest of the 28-year-old came after several people reported the 28-year-old to the Korça police station.
It is learned that the amount obtained is large, and it is suspected that he has defrauded a large number of citizens, some of whom have filed criminal charges.
