The health condition of State Police officer Edison Adri, who was injured during the action in Lozhan, Maliqi, where his colleague, Enea Mekolli, lost his life, is improving.
Sources from the Trauma Hospital indicate that the 36-year-old underwent successful jaw surgery. After the surgery, his condition has stabilized, and he continues to be under constant monitoring by medical staff.
Meanwhile, Violand Braçellari, the suspect in the attack on police forces, continues to be treated at the Trauma Hospital. According to hospital sources, his life is out of danger and he is receiving the necessary medical care.
Earlier, Braçellari's condition was reported to be serious and doctors were cautious about his progress, as he had not yet passed the critical stage. However, recent developments indicate that his condition has improved and is currently considered stabilized.
The incident occurred during a police operation to arrest Braçellari in the Lozhani area, where during the exchange of fire, the "Eagle" Special Force operative, Enea Mekolli, was killed, while Edison Adri was seriously injured.
