The three main members of Laert Haxhiu's group, who are serving their sentences in the high-security prison in Drenova, Korça, have been divided into different sectors.

Haxhiu, Orgest Bilbili and Anterio Kaloshi are serving life sentences in the high-security prison in Korça, after all three were convicted of the murder of Jurgen Hoxha and Zamir Latifi, an event that occurred in 2017, in which two other people were also injured.
Meanwhile, against Haxhiu and other members of his group, there are two open court cases at the SPAK special prosecutor's office, the one for the murder of Besnik Hida, where Laert Haxhiu acted together with Orgest Bilbil, Ardian Ahmeti known as "Pepe" and other persons.
