Monika Kryemadhi appeared this Thursday at the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SCOC), where the next hearing of the trial against her and her ex-husband, Ilir Meta, will take place.
Upon arriving at the courthouse, Kryemadhi also attracted attention with the T-shirt he was wearing, which read the message in English "It's a wonderful day", which in Albanian translates to "It's a wonderful day".
The Criminal Court of Kosovo has begun the next review of the criminal file against the leader of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, and Monika Kryemadhi, who are accused of corruption, money laundering and concealment of assets.
Before the start of the hearing, Kryemadhi gave a brief statement to the media, announcing that during her defense she will focus on what she considers manipulations in video messages.
"Today is the day of truth. I have the defense and I will unravel all the manipulations that have been made in the video messages. We will let you know as soon as the process begins. I invite you to be there," she said.
