A serious fatal accident occurred this evening on the Urakë-Katjel road, in a place called Kotodesh, in Prrenjas.
According to preliminary information, a Mercedes-Benz vehicle hit a 62-year-old pedestrian, a resident of Kotodesh. As a result, the 62-year-old died at the scene.
It is learned that the 62-year-old was in front of his house when he was hit by a vehicle driven by a 27-year-old.
Police have escorted the 27-year-old driver of the vehicle, while work is underway to fully clarify the circumstances of the accident.
