The reopening of the file after the Strasbourg decision leads to the summoning of 24 officials, including Berisha and Basha. Agron Malaj, former commander of the fire group and today a SP MP, must explain the orders, his role and his relationship with Edi Rama, who rewarded him after the investigation was closed.
The file of January 21, 2011 would continue to be "buried" along with the 4 people killed by Republican Guard officers, if the Strasbourg Court had not qualified it as a "state crime" and if the Supreme Court had not forced SPAK to reopen the case and conduct an in-depth investigation.
So far, SPAK has questioned former Interior Minister Lulzim Basha, and has sent a summons to former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, to provide clarifications regarding the circumstances of that serious event, about which justice has not questioned him for 14 years.
According to information provided by "Pamfleti", the prosecutor in the case will question 24 officials of the then government, police and Guard leaders and officers, as well as SP leaders who organized and led the protest of January 21, 2011.
The list of Guard officers who will be questioned by SPAK also includes SP MP Agron Malaj, who on January 21, 2011 was commander of the first fire group, whose officers fired on protesters, a fact revealed by the ballistics expertise of the weapons.
SP MP Agron Malaj, following the DP's accusations of involvement in the killings of 4 protesters, reacted on January 21, 2021 with the statement:
- "They are linking my name to that tragic event, me, the former guard who refused to follow orders to open fire on innocent protesters, where 4 people were killed under the orders of the former prime minister and the one who was the interior minister at the time. Then they violated every law and every norm to prevent the truth from coming to light."
This statement by the former commander of the fire group has been filed in the SPAK file, considering him a "key witness" for uncovering the truth about who ordered the opening of fire on the protesters and who carried out the order.
Since the firing squad he led was the one that fired on the protesters, former commander Agron Malaj must confirm to the prosecutor whether Sali Berisha and Lulzim Basha, whom he accuses, gave him the order directly by radio or cell phone, or through Chief Guard Ndrea Prendi or other persons who were in the prime minister's office building.
Part of the questions will also include evidence of whether former guard Agron Malaj privately gave Edi Rama full testimony about the people responsible for the 4 murders of January 21, in return for promises of government rewards and guarantees of not being affected by justice, as actually happened.
The investigators' suspicions have been strengthened by the fact that, after the SP came to power, the investigations into the guard Agron Malaj were discontinued, while Edi Rama rewarded him with the position of Head of OSHEE for the North-Eastern Region, with the position of chairman of the SP-Mat and mayor for two terms, and has now made him an MP./ Pamphlet

Motorrit nuk i bëhet as riparim kapital. Duhet i ri. Shoferëve(kryeministrat) e radhës u duhet hequr patenta. Meqë kanë shtypur qytetarë, duhet ti drejtohen burgut. SPAK të hapi fletët e blloqeve. Disa fletë janë hapur dhe "Kasta" është lemetitur. Populli është distancuar. Halli i "Kastës" nuk është halli i popullit.
Feti nuk mendoje se qellimishte nuk i vendos 34 plus 47 vitet nen diktature qe ky Popull grabitet vidhet vritet….!!
