In the Tirana Administrative Court of First Instance, there is a judge named Gentian Luigj Marku, against whom there are many complaints of corrupt clientelism in the handling of files, giving decisions in favor of those with connections to the political-state elite and those who pay more through real estate agents.
In addition to the denunciations from citizens, during his 12 years as a judge in the Court of General Jurisdiction of Lezha, Puka, Shkodra and for 10 months in the Administrative Court of First Instance in Tirana, the Supreme Court of Justice and the ILD should also investigate his law degree and criminal record during his 3 years as an immigrant in Italy.
Did he leave Italy willingly, or after the investigation and search for him as a thief began?
Judge Gentian Marku, on August 7, 1999, not yet 19 years old in the village of Blinisht, Lezha, and unable to continue his higher studies due to the minimum grade of 5 in his high school diploma, went by dinghy to Italy, where he settled in the Bra area of the Cuneo-Torino Province.
On October 20, 2002, after 3 years as an immigrant, Gentian Marku returned to his village of Blinisht, Lezha, and did not and will not go to Italy again, due to illegal and criminal actions he committed in that country, according to data received by Albanian institutions.
In the decriminalization form dated April 25, 2016, Judge Gentian Marku did not declare any measure of investigation, search, escort, detention, and pursuit by Italian law enforcement institutions.
While in his statements during the vetting process, he stated that he returned from Italy voluntarily on October 10, 2002, a month after being granted a residence permit. So, Gentian Marku says that he abandoned his job in Italy and returned to his village in Lezha, after being granted a residence permit, but the truth is that he fled Italy as a criminal subject of law enforcement institutions.
In the Bra area and the Cuneo Province of Turin, Gentian Marku, disguised as a construction and agricultural worker, was known as a business and motorcycle thief, which is why he fled Italy when he became the subject of anti-crime; which the High Judicial Council and the High Inspectorate of Justice should investigate.
For the documents requested by the vetting committee, Gentian Marku did not go to Italy himself, justifying that on June 4, 2020, he authorized his lawyer MB in Italy and later his cousin there, but they were unable to obtain the documents with official seals.
Why doesn't Judge Gentian Marku go to Italy to obtain documents of residence and activity in the period August 7, 1999 - October 10, 2002, and why does he need a criminal lawyer there?

In his education file, Judge Gentian Marku states that on July 15, 2005, he completed his "4-year cycle" studies and graduated as a "Lawyer" at the "Luigj Gurakuqi" University of Shkodra.
According to this statement, Judge Gentian Marku says that he was a full-time student for 4 years from 2001-2005 in Shkodra; but this study period does not match his statement.
In the decriminalization form, Judge Gentian Marku stated that until October 10, 2002, he was an immigrant in Italy, while in his personal education file held by the High Judicial Council, he states that in the years 2001-2005 he was a law student at the University of Shkodra.
