The most flagrant case is that of builder Fatmir Bektashi, who has two files with SPAK and is known for his strong ties to Berisha's son-in-law, but continues to be rewarded by the "Rama" government.
After his name appeared in the "Partizani" file, ironically, his company "Kontakt" has launched many other construction projects, undoubtedly with the blessing of the government. Initially, the new "Kaimi" project was announced, then the "Kadiu" project, where the buildings are nearing completion. Also, Bektashi spread his tentacles in Drilon, while weeks ago it was announced that the construction of 800 apartments in Farka will begin.
But it seems that the Berisha family partner will not stop there, as he has received the blessing to build another complex of buildings on the outskirts of Tirana, in the area known as the "Water Storage", above the "Kadiu" complex. The plan to build there was launched a year ago, but it seems that the papers have now been sewn up.
Today, the company "Kontakt" announced on its social networks that work will begin on the "Nokia" complex. According to "Pamphlet" sources, Bektashi has closed the negotiations with the land owners and its fencing has been done, while the full architectural plan has not been detailed.
The scandal is not why Fatmir Bektashi is building, but the fact that he starts selling without having received a permit. This practice has been followed for years by "Kontakt", whether for the Drilon Forest, the project in Farka and now "Nokia". The company simply applies for a building permit and starts selling. Which means that the papers have been sewn up in time and it is known that the permit will be approved.
This shows that the Rama-Berisha rivalry is not that real, as one of the groom's closest people, where they were partners in several companies, continues to obtain building permits. / Pamphlet
