Temperatures up to 20°C, moderate wind with intensification on the coast and moderate waves at sea
On Thursday, April 9, our country is expected to be affected by stable weather conditions, according to the forecast of the Military Meteorological Service.
The weather is expected to be mixed, with clear skies and occasional clouds in most of the territory. Temperatures will range from 3°C in the mountainous areas to 20°C in the western lowlands and major cities.
In regions such as Tirana, Elbasan, Fier and Berat, maximum temperatures will reach around 20°C, while in northeastern and southeastern areas such as Kukës, Peshkopia and Korça, maximums will be somewhat lower, from 16°C to 19°C.
The wind will blow from northwest to northeast, with an average speed of up to 6 m/s. From time to time, it is expected to strengthen, reaching up to 14 m/s, mainly along the coastline and in valley areas.
Regarding sea conditions, waves of force 2 to 4 are expected in the Adriatic and Ionian Seas, which indicates a relatively calm to moderate situation at sea.
