Journalist Anila Hoxha has revealed details from the SPAK action, where 2 Tirana IMT inspectors were arrested.
According to her, based on a referral from the State Police, SPAK signed an arrest warrant against two IMT employees, after a citizen reported that in the area of the combine, several people visited his apartment and demanded money in exchange for not demolishing the two tents of the bar on the first floor.
Hoxha reports that immediately after the referral from the anti-corruption sector in the State Police, materials were referred to SPAK and at the same time during the day special investigation methods (wiretapping) were used where the payment of one thousand euros was proven.
The arrested are Niko Zmalaj, employee of the Municipality of Tirana DPN 2 Roads Directorate, Geraldo Fucia, employee of the Municipality of Tirana IMT Tirane, Edmond Çela, employee of the IMT Tirana Inspector Zone Peze, Vaqarr. Meanwhile, K. Zh. employee of the IMT Tirana has been declared wanted.
