"Here's your signature, Edi Rama," the protester tells how she stole property and gave it to the government oligarch
The protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office is exposing Edi Rama's dirty tricks. Citizens have come out today, on the 38th day, in protest against the atrocities of this government. And the testimonies from that square are the most vivid proof of how Edi Rama has handed the state over to 2-3 oligarchs.
Today, an elderly woman took the floor at the protest, denouncing with facts how Edi Rama gave her property to Gjergj Luca for 1 euro. It concerns a property in the former Sugar Factory in Maliq, where Luca has opened a fish restaurant.
" Edi Rama, you are Enver Hoxha's cub, you are Spiro Koleka's grandson. You have no mercy for the people. You have no mercy for the children. My property that I have in Maliq, Korça, with correct documents, with the Property Restitution Commission, that I have taken out from the State Archives, Edi Rama gives to Gjergj Luca. Here is your signature, Edi Rama. You gave Gjergj Luca my land, that my grandfather left me at the former Sugar Factory. Gjergj Luca built a fish factory there. Here, Edi Rama, where is your VKM. Why are you giving away my private property for 1 euro? That's who you are. You are a shameless man and you should leave so that the children of Albania can be saved, the Albanian people can be saved ," declared the old woman.
Her statement was greeted with applause from protesters gathered in front of the Prime Minister's Office, where for 38 days citizens have been demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama and a change in the political class.
The facts clearly show that Gjergj Luca has received from Edi Rama, in a clientelist and corrupt manner, hundreds of thousands of m² of public property, thousands of m² of buildings and millions of euros of public money.
In recent years, Gjergj Luca has received over 2 million euros from the state budget through the company "Rozafa", such as payments from Lezha Customs for renting premises, payments from public institutions for lunches and dinners at the canteen that Luca has set up on public property, etc.
With decision no. 1525/4, dated May 23, 2019, of the former director of AZHBR, Frida Krifca, Gjergj Luca has benefited, through the company "Rozafa" sh.pk, 400 million lek from EU agricultural funds for agriculture.
By Council of Ministers No. 873, dated 30.10.2015, Gjergj Luca is the beneficiary of the property "State Reserves Agency Buildings, Labinot, Elbasan", under the administration of the General Directorate of State Reserves, with a total area of 52,613 m², of which according to the master plan, respectively, the area under the building is 13,872.94 m² and the functional area is 38,740.06 m².
By VKM no. 266, dated 29.03.2017, Gjergj Luca is the beneficiary of the property "Buildings and land, of the State Material Reserves Agency, Labinot, Elbasan (remaining part)", under the administrative responsibility of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the General Directorate of State Reserves, the Regional Directorate of State Reserves Elbasan, with a total area of 52,514 m², of which 11,659.63 m² of building area and 40,854.37 m² of functional area.
By VKM no. 526, dated 25.07.2019, Gjergj Luca is the beneficiary of property no. 338, named "Former Military Department no. 5012/20", located in Çekrez, Gramsh, with a total area of 28,960 m², of which the construction area is 4,185.48 m² and the functional area is 24,774.52 m², with property no. 257/1, ZK 2167, under the administration of the Ministry of Defense, for a period of 20 years.
By VKM no. 701, dated 30.10.2019, Gjergj Luca is the beneficiary of the property "Autopark Sector, former Iron-Nickel Mine Park, Përrenjas", with a total area of 10,287.3 m², of which 1,090.5 m² is the construction area and 9,196.8 m² is the functional area, with property number 4/240, cadastral area 2924, under the responsibility of the administration of Industrial Enterprise no. 1, Tirana, for a period of 20 years.
By VKM no. 394, dated 09.06.2022, Gjergj Luca is the beneficiary of the assets of "Kombinat i Sheqerit" sh.a., Maliq, of the building type, with no. 1/250, with an area of 1,165.5 m²; with no. 1/231, with an area of 1,410 m²; with no. 1/248, with an area of 290.6 m²; and with no. 1/237, with an area of 2,025 m², in cadastral zone 2573, for a period of 20 years.

Po çfarë thoni? E dini ju që Luca komandon Ministrinë e Bujqësisë apo institucionet e varësisë? Nuk emërohet apo largohet asnjë pa miratimin e tij. Para disa kohësh u emërua një zv ministër i ri dhe u ndryshua po për 24 orë se u rikthye përsëri ai që ishte prej Lucës. Megjithëse ai i riu ishte ish sekretari i Taos.
Sa burgun ke me e bere ti o Gjergj Luca aq burg do besh ti sa edhe El Chapo do merzitet. Ti mund te besh si biznesmen i suksesshem por DEA e di shume mire se me cfare i mbush ti ato peshkarexhat.
