Today, at 3:00 PM, the Supreme Court will review the appeal of former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku regarding the measure imposed on her "ban on leaving the country".
In this case, Judge Ilir Panda will decide whether or not Balluk's passport will be returned, which has been blocked since November 19 by decision of the GJKKO, when he was also charged with violating equality in tenders.
Balluku is also under investigation for the 7 lots of Uanza e Madhe and is suspected of 3 other tenders.
The Supreme Court will also review the appeal of the former head of KESH, Erald Elezi, who is currently under house arrest, accused of violating equality in tenders in the Lloagar Tunnel and the Grand Ring Road.
Meanwhile, the former head of the ARRSH, Gentian Gjyli, who is under house arrest and accused only of violations with the Llogara tender, has not appealed the security measure.
Former Deputy Prime Minister and former Minister of Infrastructure, Belinda Balluku, was officially indicted by the Special Prosecution Office on October 31, charging her with violating the equality of public tender participants.
