"There are works that never get old. They just wait for the right moment to return," writes Rozana Radi.
These words announced the return to the stage of the famous Albanian comedy "8 Persona +", which is now considered part of the golden fund of Albanian dramaturgy and which over the years has received numerous applause from the audience.
The work, written by Ferdinand Radi, returns this time for a new audience, preserving the original spirit, but now in the 'hands' of his daughters: Andeta and Rozana Radi.
"For me it is a special emotion to be part of this story, this time as an actress, in the role of Memi. A role that I carry with great responsibility, but above all with love, because it is part of our family's artistic heritage," says Rozi's post.
After three decades, "8 Persona Plus" returns to the stage of the "Andon Zako Çajupi" Theater in Korça, this time under the direction of his daughter, Andeta Radi.
The premiere will be held on July 4th, in the very theater where Ferdinand Radi passionately brought this comedy years ago. A work that has made Albanians laugh generation after generation, but which beyond humor carries a subtle irony and a theme that remains just as relevant today.
The return of the work is also seen as a tribute to the artists who have given it life over the years, in particular to the unforgettable actor Roland Trebicka, as well as to the entire cast that has turned this comedy into one of the most beloved in Albanian theater.
