The future of Albanian footballer Ernest Muçi remains open, while a clear deadline has been set for the final decision. Trabzonspor have until May 10 to exercise the option to purchase the attacking midfielder. Otherwise, the player is expected to return to Besiktas for the next season.
The Turkish club's president, Serdal Adali, has publicly stated that he wants Muç to return to the team. In a statement to "HT Spor", he stressed that he hopes that the clubs that have taken players on loan, including Trabzonspor and Cagliari, do not activate their purchase options.
According to Adal, Trabzonspor is considering the possibility of a permanent transfer for Muç, while Italian club Cagliari is focusing on a similar situation with player Semih Kilicso.
" The option to buy Ernest Muç's card is valid until May 10. Meanwhile, for Semih Kilicso, the deadline is at the beginning of June. I hope that these options will not be used, as it is very difficult to buy a player for those amounts. We have not discussed a price reduction ," Adali declared.
