Juventus director Damien Comolli will meet with former Italian national team coach Luciano Spalletti today to offer him a contract as Igor Tudor's replacement.
Multiple sources in Italy, including La Gazzetta dello Sport, report that Juventus will meet with Spalletti today to discuss contract details as well as the technical project following Tudor's dismissal.
"Football Italia" exclusively reported on Monday that Juventus initiated contacts with Spalletti immediately after Tudor's dismissal.
The Bianconeri have gone 8 games without a win and have not scored a goal in 4 consecutive matches.
Spalletti, winner of the Scudetto with Napoli in the 2022-23 season, has been without a team since June when he was dismissed from the Italian national team.
According to Tuttosport, Spalletti will be offered a contract until the end of the season, with the possibility of an extension if they qualify for the Champions League.
"Gazzetta" reports that Spalletti has rejected several offers from Saudi Arabia and Turkish clubs and is ready to accept Juventus' offer.
In case the two sides fail to reach an agreement, Roberto Mancini and Raffaele Palladino are the possible candidates for the Old Lady's bench.
