It had to be the end of the first phase for Flamurtari to get their first win of the season. The team from Vlorë defeated Vllaznia by a minimum score of 1-0 with a strange goal.
The team led by Francesco Moreiro scored the only goal of the match. A strange incident in the 73rd minute. The Vlorës team found the net with Bolzano, but referee Lataj disallowed the goal and awarded a penalty for a handball by Gurishta.
3 minutes later, Flamurtari scored with Mark from the penalty spot.
Even though they got the first 3 points, Flamurtari fails to get out of the "cold zone", as they hold last place with 5 points, while Vllaznia holds the sole lead in the standings with 19 points.
