Astrit Hafizi, the former coach of the National Team, in an interview for News24, emphasized that there was no cleanliness with Cikalles, while he was not too upset about Uzun, as he is a young player and will return to the National Team:
" Thank goodness we made it to this day and this surprise, because, sometimes, in the National Team, you knew who would come, I'm talking here many years in advance. Now, we have an abundance of players, which the coach chooses according to the situations. I think that perhaps, the arguments or justifications they had for any player were not convincing, as in the case of Cikallesi who I did not clearly understand why he was not collected. Maybe for Cikalleshi it is a question of age, as every beginning has an end, but players of Cikalleshi's type should be treated differently. These last years, the last 10-15 years, players of this age have not been treated properly in the National Team. They have the minimum obligation to show the reasons, the decisions must be explained. In fact, this was not done with Cikalles, forcing him to leave the National Team. There is no purity of communication with players like Cikalleshi ".
With Cikallesh out, Hafizi thinks that now Armando Broja will be the center of the attack, everything will revolve around him:
" The elections themselves lead to a point, even though Sylvinho knows this better. I think that as long as this move was made, Broja will be the main point, things will revolve around this player in attack ".
Unlike Cikalleshi, Hafizi thinks that for Uzun, the discussion is different, it is new and he can return to the National Team, as early as September, for the League of Nations :
" I don't get too upset about Uzun and Bar. I wanted Uzuni to be in the national team, for what he has given, but he will come again, he has not passed his age. Here are choices that I didn't even know about, but Uzuni will be back, there's no reason to be upset. I think that these are the choices of the moment, but for Cikallesh the discussion was different ".
The former coach of the national team does not even agree with the exclusion of Keidi Bares, moreover, that his replacement is a player like Abrashi, a choice that he finds difficult to justify:
" Even here there was a little contradiction. The reason was, we need a player who has spirit, who has heart, a player who fights, who has given, but Abrashi has a lot who has not been invited. Even Cikalleshi has heart, he has soul, he has given a lot, both players are the same age, so there is another reason why Cikalleshi was not taken and Abrashin was, seeing that he is in the midfield there are many players like Asllani, Ramadani, Laçi etc. I don't know, I can't find an explanation, only Sylvinho knows "
Regardless of the names and the list, Hafizi emphasized that Sylvinho should not be prejudiced, as the choices are exclusive to the coach.
