Kosovo Police Lieutenant convicted of espionage, Bojan Jevtic, was also a member of the Serbian Police and a reservist of the Serbian Army.
The indictment of the Special Prosecution, represented in this case by prosecutor Bekim Kodraliu, states that during the search of Bojan Jevtiqi's house, documentation was found proving that he had been a member of the Serbian Police since at least 2009, reports Kosovo Television.
Evidence was also found that he was a reservist in the Serbian Army. All of this was included in the indictment, and Jevtic himself admitted all of it during the trial.
Kosovo Police Chief Bojan Jevtic, who was sentenced last week for espionage and illegal possession of weapons to six years in prison and a 2,000 euro fine, has, according to the indictment, reported to the parallel Gjilan Police Directorate based in Vranje, Serbia.
