From Lea Ypi to Fatos Tarifa and Elisa Spiropali, more and more voices on the left are signaling that the battle for Edi Rama's removal is not only taking place in the opposition, but also within the socialist camp itself...
As the days of civic protests pass, the game and the actors behind the scenes of this grand political theater are becoming increasingly clear.
More than the Iranians or factors coming from the right-wing opposition, in reality it seems that an internal war has erupted within the Albanian left.
A collision that every day brings forth a new signal and ignites a new spark.
There is no longer any doubt that important lobbies within the Socialist Party are in a fatal confrontation with each other.
But this is not simply a clan war, a tribal conflict or a rivalry between provincial groups.
It appears to be a structured development, supported by important circles of the European and international left.
People who identify with Erion Veliaj's lobby seem to have already openly taken to the streets to demand Edi Rama's removal.
Meanwhile, the figure who has long been projected as one of the possible names of the future of the Albanian left, philosophy professor at the London School of Economics, Lea Ypi, has published a sensational editorial in the British newspaper The Guardian.
In her article, Ypi writes that the protests against Jared Kushner's project in Albania could become a "light of hope for Europe and beyond."
She emphasizes:
"It's an inspiring example of civic activism that I haven't seen since the fall of communism. The international visibility of this movement has been helped by the media attention to the Trump family."
But why now? The opposition has been trying for years to mobilize the public against corruption and has failed. Fires have been set in Parliament and Molotov cocktails have been thrown at state institutions.
But in the Kushner case, the opposition and the government are in agreement.
Perhaps this is why thousands of young people have taken to the streets: because they felt that their disobedience could not be captured and instrumentalized.
It's touching to see them singing, dancing, and cleaning."
Meanwhile, another well-known figure of the Albanian left, former diplomat and university professor Fatos Tarifa, has gone even further.
In an article published in the newspaper Dita, he openly demands that the Socialists remove Edi Rama.
Tarifa has long been known as one of Erion Veliaj's public supporters, whom he has stated several times that he is the figure who brought change to Tirana.
On the other hand, Elisa Spiropali, through a pamphlet published a few days ago, also called for a change in power at its very core.
It is no coincidence that Edi Rama has been talking about "mine" within the protest for days.
Because, apparently, he knows well that a significant part of this movement is not only supported by segments of the Albanian left, but also enjoys sympathy in important circles of the European left.
Which, in all likelihood, sees Edi Rama as a Balkan version of Viktor Orban and seeks to find the "Albanian Magyar" who will overthrow him.
The violent protests have destabilized Edi Rama not so much because of what has happened so far, but because of what could happen next.
Because the prime minister seems to have realized that a larger and more detailed plan is taking shape in front of him for his removal from power.
Even, according to many signals, the post-Rama phase is being prepared.
The Prime Minister is constantly clashing with Germans, reminding them of the history of Nazism to embarrass them.
He also attacks media and intellectual figures close to the European left, reminding them that they have benefited from his power.
But reality seems to have moved beyond 2003, when the Socialist Party split and the LSI was born.
Today it seems that we are dealing with a plan aimed at overthrowing Edi Rama by the Albanian left itself.
At the Socialist Party's 35th anniversary ceremonies, which Rama is trying to use as a demonstration of cohesion, more and more episodes of dissatisfaction and opposition are emerging that are being kept out of the public eye.
But they are expected to explode soon.
Not spontaneously.
But according to a carefully thought-out scenario.
A scenario that, in all likelihood, Edi Rama has not yet fully revealed.
And this is precisely why he seems increasingly destabilized, attempting to trivialize the debate through spectacle and the role of political clown.
In the end, it seems that the "hybrid war" he talks about every day is actually a real and conventional war within the Socialist Party itself.
A battle that may not be won.
Not because there are fewer soldiers.
But because he still doesn't know what surprises his opponents have prepared for him.
And as Lea Ypi suggests in The Guardian, the protest against the Trump family project in Albania is already being seen as a bright signal for a significant part of the European left./ Pamphlet

Kjo parti e ajo tjetra duhet te mohoen e te ngrihen parti te reja me njerez qe nuk kane qene ish antare te ndonje partie tjeter. Vetem ky rregull e ligj mund te jape shpresa per zhvillimin mendor, kulturor, shkencor, qytetar e inttegrimin e Shqiptareve e Shqiperise.
Kush është kundër Ramës dhe qeverisjes së tij të korruptuar të zbresë në shesh. Por kjo s'do thotë hiq Ramën për nxjerrë nga burgu një hajdut si Erion Veliaj, një person që dikur kërcënonte edhe gazetare dhe pronarë në media për t'i qepur gojën. Një personazh që ndërkohë që ishte në burg angazhonte gazetarë të bënin shkrime kundër drejtësiaë Spakut. Fatos Tarifa ka të drejtë në ato që thotë për qeverisjen arrigamte të Ramës. Por nëse gjithë këtë e bën për Erion Veliaj atëherë është thjesht njësoj si të shiturit e tjerë. Kështu që Erion Veliajn ta harrojnë të gjithë servilat e tij. Protesta vazhdon për përmbysjen e kastës së vjetër të korruptuar RAMA-BERISHA-VELIAJ-META.

Dje, një postim i ambasadës së BE-së në Tiranë, bëri të kujtojmë se Europa e kancelerive po lëviz më në fund pas dhe nje peticioni online kundra Ramës firmosur nga gati një gjysëm milioni shqiptarësh deri tani. Por kur e lexon reagimin e ambasadës së BE-së në Tiranë e merr për një tekst të Kadaresë i shkruajtur me talentin e tij alegorik gjatë periudhës së egër të komunizmit për t’i shpëtuar çensurës. Por s’mund të jetë kështu. Pse të ketë frikë Europa nga Edi Rama, në atë pikë sa u drejtohet shqiptarëve pa i emëruar protestuesit, me fjalët « mbroni natyrën». « Mbro habitatet natyrore, përpara se qielli të mbetet pa këngë shpendësh. Mbro natyrën, sa je në kohë » , shkruan kështu në adresë të shqiptarëve me lejen e znj Ursula Von der Layen delegacioni i z. Gonzato në Tiranë. Pse mos t’i thuhet shqiptarëve shkoqur, shqip, europianisht, « vazhdoni dhe rezistoni » , « jemi me ju », « mbroni demokracinë », atë demokraci që e arritët me aq mund e sakrifica nga gjenerata e fillim viteve ‘90 dhe që sot duhet mbrojtur me çdo kusht prej « satrapëve » të rinj. Lutem beni publike Certifikatat e Pastertise Demokratike te ketyre Emrave qe per 36 vite kane ngrene etj., etj., ne kete vend, popull, bote politike,ekonomike, shoqerore shqiptare. Njerezit vertete te ndershem nuk i do bota e jashtme dhe oligarkia vendore. Pefundimisht. Lexoni dhe do te kuptoni se edhe Protesta ne fjale, Emrat ne fjale etj., emra; jane teresisht nenkontroll te plote nga AI te cilen e posedon ne fshehtesi oligarkia boterore. Lexoni lexoni dhe do te ju kujtohet se si neve padallim vite e vite me pare nuk besonim se do kishte celulare etj. Nuk jemi kerthiza e botes...po le te mbetemi kerthiza e Shqiperise.
Problemi eshte qe te gjithe ju e ata te "opozites" duhet te ikni me te mire, ne mos me dru, se na keni qelbur ate mut Parlamenti. Si more poshtersira para 30 vitesh nga avioni dukeshin vetem fusha e pyje te pastra e sot vetem pallate e vila me pishina shihen nga avioni. Kuvendi ( Parlamenti emer muti) eshte institucioni me dinjitoz i kombit e ka mbetur ne ate gjendje plehre si ne kohen kur u ndertua. Amerika, Europa i kane ndertesat e siperore te Shtetit, Gjykatat, ne nje stil qe te ndjellin respektin e friken ku te dridhen kembet te ngjitesh ne shkallet e tyre. Ne, ne, me te lashtet e Europes kemi nje kjoske cigaresh Kuvend te Popullit. A nuk ka turp ky shte e popull qe si ai femija i vogel nga nje qindarke e qindarke te ishin bere parate per te bere nje Kuvend dinjtoz, jo Parlament e Senat. Amerika u zbulua para 5 shekujsh, por ndertesat e shtetit i ka me kolonata, si Roma e Athina dikur sepse jane dinjitet e integritet. I keni mbushur majat e kodrave me vila e pastaj me gjakun e popullit beni edhe rrugen per te vilat. Mire tropoxhani malok, jo malesor, por ky birbo qe na eshte dhe ish profesor leshi arti e m'i ka mbushur muret e zyrave me bubureca e luludhje. Zyra e shtetit nuk eshte vitrine e prirjeve e shijeve private e as biznes familjar si ai tjetri qe do te marre Zvernecin.
