The footage shows that he has opened the British tabloid Daily Mail website on his tablet, which displays articles related to Melania Trump and the President of the United States, Donald Trump.
The headlines of the two news items he is reading at that moment appear on the screen, while the session continues in the hall.
This episode comes in parallel with the development of the debate in the Assembly.
Earlier, during his speech in the Assembly, Berisha accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of turning the Parliament into a rag that, according to him, no longer respects either the law or the Constitution.
"The parliament has become the most shameful shield in history for the thefts of Albanian citizens. This parliament, for the first time in 35 years of pluralist parliamentarism, protects in the most unscrupulous, most unconstitutional, most undemocratic, most anti-national way, the thefts of Edi Rama and his family and government clan. Everything you hear, dear citizens, comes from the fact that Edi Rama has added this parliament to his own rag in which no law, no rule, no constitution, nothing other than his interests is respected," said Berisha.
After the Assembly set May 14 for the debate on integration, Berisha declared that parliamentary debates are being deliberately postponed and discussions are being obstructed to avoid, according to him, transparency.
"Here is the problem. That is why debates are postponed. Debates cannot be postponed. There are constitutional deadlines, debates can never be postponed. Interpellations are not negotiated, they have constitutional legal deadlines, but they are postponed because Edi Rama does not want to be in parliament. Because in this parliament, citizens expect transparency in his thefts. Only the AKSH of the two Lindas has become international, it has become global. That poor Mirlinda with four apartments and villas. But you do not dare to pronounce it, do you? That is why you put the parliament in a nothingness, multiply it by zero. You come here without any regulations, without anything. You do not even respect the constitution in any article that meets with the parliament. How is it possible, how is it possible that you are so weak before the law, before the constitution only for one person", said Berisha.
