The head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, has ironized the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, regarding the opposition's stance towards the protests against him.
Balla published a video created with artificial intelligence, where an owl turns into a flamingo. With this symbolism, he accused Berisha and the leaders of the Democratic Party of changing their position, claiming that they have gone from supporters of the project to its opponents.
Balla stated that representatives of the Democratic Party have stated that they will take to the Assembly the demands of protesters who oppose the investment in Zvërnec.
He further mocked Berisha's visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, saying that the protesters have appointed him as an "ambassador" to seek international support for their cause.
"Who eats the owl for the flamingo?" Balla writes in his reaction, continuing the criticism of the opposition's positions on this issue.
"After today's meeting of the Conference of Mayors, we can say with all our might that the owl and its chicks want to look like flamingos. The owl's chicks told us that they have brought the protesters' proposals to the Assembly. The owl itself even came out and said that it went to Bosnia (nearby - it can't cross the ocean) to seek support for the protest in defense of pelicans. So the protest has appointed the owl as an 'ambassador' to seek support. The question that arises: who eats the owl for the flamingo?", Balla wrote alongside the video.
