Socialist Party MP Erion Braçe commented on the protests against the Zvërnec project during the plenary session of the Parliament. He said that ordinary citizens are participating in the protest, but according to him, there are also individuals who are trying to politically benefit from this cause.
During his speech, Braçe also engaged in a retort with the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, whom he accused of constantly changing positions.
" One day you say one thing, the next day you reverse it and say something else. The third day you reverse both things you said before and choose to say something else, of course it separates us. I can't do this. That's why I say that I don't give up. I am and I say what I think. Neither to make a dissident, nor to make someone else ," declared Braçe.
Speaking about the Zvërnec protest, the socialist MP said that he does not change his position and that there are different categories of people among the protesters.
" With this story of this protest, I do not change my position like you. I say what I think, that in that protest there are many citizens, but real citizens, just as there are political beneficiaries, the most banal. They take photos, videos, selfies that look like them. Just as there are those who have continuously emerged during these days, the conspirators, who fabricate the sale of this country, just as there are those who believe all the news , "he said.
Braçe also used harsh tones towards some of the protest participants.
" Finally, there are also full of thugs, banal thugs. There are ordinary thugs who are not ashamed of their own slaves when they insult the slaves of others ," said the socialist deputy from the Parliament podium.
