A massive fire engulfed an apartment in the heart of the capital this afternoon, causing panic in the "New Market" area of Tirana. The flames spread rapidly and required the urgent intervention of several fire engines.
According to preliminary sources, the apartment belongs to citizen Nermin Stërmasi. Fortunately, there are no reports of injuries, but the material damage to the apartment is considerable and may be irreversible.
