A 20-year-old man has been arrested by Shkodra police after he was caught selling doses of cocaine and cannabis in the Velipoja beach area during the tourist season.
The young man was caught red-handed driving a motorcycle without a driver's license, which he is suspected of using for this criminal activity, for drug distribution. The arrested man is the 20-year-old with the initials K.GJ, a resident of Velipojë.
"This citizen was caught red-handed by the Police services, on road no. 9, in Pulaj Plazh, Velipojë, driving a vehicle without documentation, which he was driving without a driving license. During the physical search, doses of cocaine were found on him. Subsequently, during the search of his apartment, the Police services found dozens of doses of cannabis and small bags for dividing narcotic substances into doses," the police announced.
